Social Innovation Studies
The publication series “Social Innovation Studies” focuses on mediating current research on social innovation, i.e. novel ways of addressing societal challenges through social aims and means. Social innovation is an interdisciplinary field of research that has become increasingly established in Sweden and internationally during the 21st century. Forum for Social Innovation Sweden (FSIS) - with Malmö University as national coordinator - plays a central role in strengthening and disseminating Swedish research in this field. Through this series, FSIS aims to make current Swedish research on social innovation accessible to a Swedish and Scandinavian audience, and to some extent also international research/audiences.
