Topics addressed within the series may include, for example:

· perspectives on the scope and limitations of rights

· implementation, governance, and professional responsibility within public institutions

· critical studies of power, inequality, and rights-based practice

· historical and philosophical analyses of human rights concepts

· interdisciplinary approaches that challenge established assumptions about what rights are and what they do

The series aims to contribute to the development of the research field and to stimulate reflection on the role of rights in a changing society, combining scholarly rigour with societal relevance. The initiative for the publication series was taken by the Collegium for Human Rights.
